We can refund 100% of the total reservation if the cancellation occurs 30 days before the reservation. We refund 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation occurs 15 days before the reservation. We do not refund the reservation money if it is canceled 14 days before the reservation and the money is not returned if the guest does not appear on the day of the reservation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
