Winter Season (From October to March):
  • 2 people: € 50 per night
  • 3 people: € 55 per night

Spring Season (April to May):
  • 2 people: € 55 per night
  • 3 people: € 60 per night
  • 4 people: € 65 per night
Reservation and payment method long term bookings only:
  • You must pay € 95 per stay for towels, bed linen and cleaning services.
  • We will charge 30% of the total of your stay at the time of booking and the rest 15 days before arrival.
  • The maximum number of people allowed for long stay is 4.

The house is completely equipped, with all the amenities to fully enjoy a well-deserved rest, in both summer and winter.

The mattresses are high quality and the modern fireplace (insert) together with the air-conditioning give an exceptional comfort and warmth to the house in the winter months, it gives a special charm when staying near the sea in winter and in summer, you can cool the environment with the air conditioning.

Surroundings:

Oliva is located in the Valencian Community, in the limit of Valencia and Alicante. It is known for its wild climate, its natural and low beaches with lovely mountain views. The sand is white and thin and the sea is shallow on the shore. The dunes have autochthonous vegetation, clean waters and it is 12 kilometres long. It is a holiday destination especially for families mainly due to its tranquillity since it is not crowded, the building are mostly chalets and semidetached houses.

The house is located in a residential area called “RESIDENCIAL OLIVAL” just 300 metres from Camping Kiko and 450 metres from the sailing club and water sports club (sailing, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing…)

  • Pets, if authorized in advance, may not be on beds or sofas and the house will be left clean of the hair that may come off them.
  • Deposit of 250 euros in cash as a guarantee of possible breakages or damages in the house, to be delivered at the entrance. The refund will be in cash on the day of departure.
