Prices and taxes
They are those marked in each case, expressed in euros (€), they do not include the IGIC applicable in the Canary Islands (Spain), nor the corresponding VAT. To request. invoice, write to us at residencialolival@gmail.com with your tax information and we will send it to you through this medium.
Availability
The services will be planned according to the availability of both the client and ours.
Way to pay
Payments will be made through the AvaiBook payment platform (Booking Engine installed on the web), you can check its privacy and payment policy here: www.avaibook.com. They will be made through a credit or debit card. The services will be paid in accordance with the agreement agreed with the client.
Shipping
Once the payment is confirmed, I will send you the confirmation within 24 hours. The services will be carried out within the period agreed with the client before the reservation / order.
Return and cancellation policy
We can refund 100% of the total reservation if the cancellation occurs 30 days before the reservation. We refund 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation occurs 15 days before the reservation. We do not refund the reservation money if it is canceled 14 days before the reservation and the money is not returned if the guest does not appear on the day of the reservation.
Data Protection
The data that we will request will be those essential for the performance of the services. We also inform you that your data will be added to a mailing list, in order to be able to send you information and promotions of your interest, by virtue of the services or training that you have acquired. If you do not want to receive this information and you want me to delete your data, you just have to send us an email with the concept “Cancellation of data” to residencialolival@gmail.com. In addition, I confirm that at all times I comply with current regulations on data protection (Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 by which the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force are approved). Prohibitions
